Executive Director 

Stephanie Brice embarked on her journey in assisted living back in 1996, balancing her caregiving duties while pursuing her college education. Over the years, she ascended through various management positions, culminating in her appointment as executive director in 2005. Stephanie joined the Point at Rockridge team in February 2023. 

Dedicated to fostering meaningful connections, Stephanie takes immense pride in nurturing relationships with residents, their families and the staff. Her recipe for success includes effective communication and fostering a culture of teamwork. 

A Bay Area native, Stephanie considers herself lucky to call it home. During her free time, she unwinds by watching movies and spending time in the sunshine with her mom.

Director of Sales and Marketing

Sandy Gonzalez entered the senior living industry in 2018 and has discovered her true passion for aiding families in finding their loved ones an ideal home. As a dedicated advocate, Sandy takes pride in enlightening potential residents and their families about the myriad offerings at The Point at Rockridge. She goes above and beyond to personalize each experience, ensuring it resonates deeply with every family. 

Sandy enjoys being the person individuals can always turn to for guidance and conversation when they need it most.

Business Office Director 

Stephanie Cox brings a wealth of experience in supporting seniors and their families, having served in diverse roles over the years. Joining the Point at Rockridge team as the Business Office director, Stephanie finds immense satisfaction in answering questions and enlightening residents about the pivotal role of the Business Office in their lives. 

Originally from the Midwest, Stephanie made the Bay Area her home in 2006. She enjoys reading, traveling and being outdoors. Stephanie and her wife enjoy spending time with family and their many pets.

Ebony Foy

Generations Program Director

Ebony Foy started her professional journey in education before her passion for aiding others steered her toward health care. Transitioning from her role in education, Ebony began her career as a memory caregiver and has since ascended to the position of Memory Care director at The Point at Rockridge. 

Trained in Teepa Snow’s positive approach to dementia care, Ebony brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role. Her dedication to seniors stems from cherished memories of caring for her grandmother and other family members living with dementia. Ebony’s unwavering passion for caregiving resonates deeply, evident in her commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors under her care.

Andre Hopkins

Building Services Director

Andre Hopkins embarked on his journey with The Point at Rockridge getting experience in multiple diverse roles over the years and was recently promoted to the position of Building Services director. Known for his emphasis on teamwork and problem-solving skills, Andre is a leader who leads by example. He exemplifies a hands-on approach, readily jumping in to assist whenever necessary. 

Outside of his professional commitments, Andre likes spending quality time with his fiancée, son and extended family. As a native of the Bay Area, he indulges in occasional wine tasting adventures in Napa Valley.  

David Ayala

David Ayala

Resident Care Director

David Ayala started his career in senior living as a server while still in high school. After a couple of years of unwavering dedication, David’s professional skills propelled him to take on various roles, including caregiver and med tech. He later obtained his administrator certification, marking a pivotal moment in his career trajectory.  

Since joining the Point at Rockridge team, David has found immense fulfillment in cultivating personal relationships with each resident. For David, senior living is more than just a profession; it’s an extension of family. 

Imani James

Imani James

Vibrant Life® Director

Imani James first started her career in the senior living industry as a concierge for a senior living community. After an enlightening three years, she became an activities director. Imani enjoys forming personal relationships with each resident and presenting activities that interest them. She strives for residents to feel fulfilled in all seven main components of the Vibrant Life® program.

Imani understands and values the importance of family through caring for her disabled mother, who means the world to her. She loves putting smiles on the faces of those around her and is very high-spirited, warm, welcoming and optimistic.
