Friendly Staff
Since I moved to The Point at Rockridge, I’ve been very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help me adjust to my new home. I especially love it when they call me by my name! The food is excellent and the dining staff quickly learned all my preferences.

A Genuine Connection
My sister and I talked after our visit and after visiting one other place and we agreed hands down that The Point is a special place, for a number of reasons. First and foremost we felt a very genuine positive connection between you and the number of staff members with whom you however briefly interacted during our tour. The vibe was real. We also felt warmly and genuinely greeted upon arrival. Every staff member was vibrant and seemed to have a purpose and enjoy what they were doing. And you were so real with us - we saw that consistently and we appreciate it.

A Worry-Free Community
Since I’ve been living at The Point at Rockridge I no longer have to worry about anything – everything is done for me. Each day I just do the things that I like to do. It took me a while to make the decision to move here, and I’m really happy I decided to make this community my new home. Before I moved in, the maintenance staff painted my apartment a special color of pink. I love it!

A Very Safe Neighborhood
Living at The Point at Rockridge feels very safe and we really enjoy the neighborhood. There are so many places to walk to, and even a Starbucks right across the street! We love the fact that transportation services are available 7 days per week and they are very flexible and accommodating. The staff is very friendly, always smiling, and they greet us by name. We feel right at home here, and love our apartment – it has the best view of the San Francisco Bay, the bridges, and the East Bay.

Caring and Compassionate Caregivers

When I started looking for a new home I wanted to find a place with comfort, security, a sense of community, and with interesting and varied activities – all under one roof. I found all that here at The Point at Rockridge. Now, after three years, I still think this is the best place to be – this is home.
