Thank you, Anastacia Course, for your above-and-beyond support, warmth, and expert knowledge. You made the entry process very smooth for both Rene and me. Your compassion and strength for your residents genuinely shine through. You have my eternal gratitude!
Deborah Savoie, I had the pleasure of experiencing your facility leadership at the onset of your arrival at Rockridge. You are doing an impeccable job, and I thank you endlessly for all your patience and support. I will genuinely miss the splendid work that lies ahead for The Point. You have an excellent team that truly is committed to service excellence.
To the Generations Team: You folks are so empowering. Watching you take care of your residents, your empathy and your integrity have given me a greater appreciation for the work people do as caregivers. I only hope that I can provide the same or higher level of care to Rene as you have over the past eight months. We will always remember all that you have contributed to making him feel as comfortable and loved as we will.
To the Business Office Team: Thank you for keeping me on track with billing. I am not sure that I will miss sending the payment (LOL), but I will miss your professional business services.
To the Community Team: Thank you, thank you, thank you. If I needed something assembled, you did it without hesitation and often on short request. I love how the team engages with residents, making them feel like family!
To the Front Desk Team: Your polite smiles and warm welcomes always made my arrivals and departures pleasurable. I left knowing that Rene would receive only the best care.
To the Housekeeping Team: Thank you so much for your services. It’s a big task to manage that entire facility!
To the Dining Team: Thank you for preparing meals that promote healthiness and flavorful eating choices.
Our family is eternally grateful for all of the love, support and services provided by The Point at Rockridge.
Since I moved to The Point at Rockridge, I’ve been very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help me adjust to my new home. I especially love it when they call me by my name! The food is excellent and the dining staff quickly learned all my preferences.
“Since I’ve been living at The Point at Rockridge I no longer have to worry about anything – everything is done for me. Each day I just do the things that I like to do. It took me a while to make the decision to move here, and now I’m really happy I decided to make this community my new home. Before I moved in, the maintenance staff painted my apartment a special color of pink. I love it!”
Living at The Point at Rockridge feels very safe and we really enjoy the neighborhood. There are so many places to walk to, and even a Starbucks right across the street! We love the fact that transportation services are available 7 days per week and they are very flexible and accommodating. The staff is very friendly, always smiling, and they greet us by name. We feel right at home here, and love our apartment – it has the best view of the San Francisco Bay, the bridges, and the East Bay.
I’ve been at The Point at Rockridge for about a year, and I’m very happy with my apartment and the community. I especially like the fact that the staff is very friendly and everyone is always smiling. The best things about The Point at Rockridge are the caring and compassionate caregivers.
I looked at five different communities before I chose The Point at Rockridge – this was defiantly the best choice for me. The grounds and the inside of the building are lovely, and the staff is very helpful.
When I started looking for a new home I wanted to find a place with comfort, security, a sense of community, and with interesting and varied activities – all under one roof. I found all that here at The Point at Rockridge. Now, after three years, I still think this is the best place to be – this is home.
I want to commend you that the quality of food service has greatly improved over the past couple of months.
1/24 Sun. Hawaiian Brunch was excellent – Kalua pork was great!
1/30 Dinner – Lemon Chicken was flavorful (not just a fancy name). Meat Lasagna also great. Yukon potatoes (top of the line potatoes); String beans perfectly cooked and crisp, the quality veggies one would expect in CA.
1/31 – Sun. Brunch – Baked Ham was excellent! Mashed Potatoes (more like smashed potatoes) were excellent!!
Dinner – Great Sandwiches, best ever Pasta Salad! Watermelon was very sweet, and an awesome variety of deserts!
Even the servers were at their best at Brunch and Dinner !!
You are all commended for the wonderful job you are doing!
Last, but not least, a special thanks to Kirsten. Without her commitment and support, this would not be possible!!
Again, thank you all!! You are much appreciated.
